10 minutes of journaling to shift mindset with the following prompts
Write about a moment of joy or happiness from your day. Reflect on a challenge or difficulty you're facing and brainstorm potential solutions. Create a gratitude list or write about something you're thankful for.
10 minutes of talking about what they went through in the sessions, which technique they like best /sharing merits
At the end sage and have them pull an angel card.

Is for a person in transition in their life, such as career change, breakups, disability, and retirement. To provide guidance to find a new purpose and meaning in their lives.Questions to answer to discover who you are, are the following

What was your favorite subject in school?
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Do you have any regrets?
Do you have recreational activities?Both services cost $50 for 60 minutes

About Me

I was born in Miami Florida and spent my childhood in Honduras. Now I live in New Jersey. I am life long learner. I take personal developmental courses and I am learning Brazilian Portuguese.In my spare time I like to read, listen to music, and paint abstract art. Also practice reiki on myself and others.
